We are one of the few legal transport firms in Europe specialising in Zoo animals. Our personnel and equipment not only fulfil all the EU regulations - even some of those not yet in force - but assist and advise in the development of these regulations due to our many years of active experience in this field.

We occupy the Chair of the European Committee for exotic and wild animals of the AATA and thus work closely with IATA. We are also present in the Council of Europe in Strasbourg during relevant sittings as advisers.

We are absolutely aware that each transport, however short, represents a shock in the daily life of the animal and so we make every effort to curtail this stress as much as possible e.g. transport without crates wherever possible.

To enable us to define this stress component better we are supporting the research programme of Dr. Schwarzenberger of the Institute of Biochemistry of the University of Veterinary Medicine in Vienna. This programme covers the measurement of stress hormones before, during and after transport.

All the experience and information so gained will benefit all animals being transported in the future.
